Building A: 1956 1-story tilt-up concrete construction, steel and wood framed roof, repositioned to creative office space with structural separation from Building B, addition of approximately 20,000 square feet of mezzanine space, major mechanical improvements, and seismic strengthening of the core and shell.

Building B: 1972 1-story tilt-up concrete construction, wood framed roof, repositioned to creative office space with structural separation from Building A, addition of approximately 30,000 square feet of mezzanine space, major mechanical improvements, and seismic strengthening of the core and shell.

The project also included the addition of an 80,000 sqft subterranean parking structure that was constructed directly below and adjacent to the two existing structures.
