One Culver is the renovation and re-positioning of the former Sony Pictures Plaza complex that was constructed in 1985 in Culver City, CA. The full-block structure includes three levels of subterranean parking, nine levels of office/retail space (400,000 sf), and a 4-story interior atrium enclosed by a steel space frame. In 2017, NYA competed a re-cladding project that upgraded the building exterior with metal panels, board-formed concrete, and new retail storefront facades as well as new courtyard landscaping, wood decks, grand stairs, and a 50 ft. LED screen.
