NYA provided structural engineering services for the addition of a 12 story tower which included a 1,000 seat ballroom, 4 sub-grade parking levels, 260 guest rooms with 4 floors of luxury penthouse apartments, roof terraces and the 50 foot long 'Baroque' pool and cascading waterfall.
