Challenges:

Irregular floor-plate geometry and aggressively low, floor-to-floor height constraints demanded creative solutions at an optimized cost. A mat foundation scheme was utilized to reduce dewatering and foundation costs because of the shallow
water table.

Solution:

A well-balanced design of a seven-inch flat-plate system with variable spans and cantilever balconies was implemented. The internal seismic frame developed maximized exterior window opening sizes, allowing unobstructed views.
