Project Details:

This new UCLA student housing project includes a seven-block, 11.4-acre development of housing with a total of 1,360 beds. The new buildings are four stories of wood framing above two stories of concrete with liner units in front of the garages. This project includes a convenience store, exercise center, academic workshops and parking for 1,430 vehicles. NYA provided programming, concept and full structural design engineering services for this project.
